Job summary

Bayer seeks a Supply Chain Operations lead for the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash, ensure reliable supply, and coordinate data, systems, serialization, pricing and government programs.

Collaborate across IT, Master Data, Regulatory, Commercial and Field teams to drive process improvements, readiness reporting and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master’s or equivalent with 5+ years in a relevant role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain and systems integration.
• Knowledge of serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive or 3PL-supported supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including setup, service, billing and cash-collection.
• Escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues with Accenture as third-party operations partner.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches/new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization and pricing.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Regulatory, Quality, Finance and other functions.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and maintain risks, dependencies, and readiness metrics.
