Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will drive end-to-end activities, ensure compliant service delivery, and coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, and government pricing workstreams.

You will partner with account managers, sales, finance, and regulatory teams to optimize processes, manage risks, and drive improvements while maintaining quality and compliance

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field with 5+ years in pharma operations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical customer operations, supply chain, master data, and systems integration.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP and serialization/traceability in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support new business models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain partners to tailor solutions for customers.
• Lead readiness activities across master data, SAP, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Regulatory, Finance, and commercial partners.
• Maintain integrated project plans, risk logs, and escalation paths.
