Job summary

Bayer seeks a seasoned operations professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities within the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction, coordinating data, systems, serialization and pricing programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions; proactive readiness reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business models, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers and strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, pricing, contracting, government pricing and special programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards with interfacing functions such as IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Legal and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, maintain project risks and readiness metrics, and provide transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 and ensure Bayer's readiness approach reflects evolving external expectations.
