Job summary

Bayer is seeking a operations leader in the US market to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate data, systems and pricing activities, drive process improvements, and ensure compliant, reliable service delivery.

The role requires experience in regulated pharma environments, strong SAP/ERP knowledge and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Quality and Commercial teams. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/customer operations and supply chain.
• Regulated pharmaceutical environments and serialized supply models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP and data interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including setup, service, processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Act as SME for contracts, controls and audits; drive compliant process improvements.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across data, SAP, serialization and pricing.
• Align cross-functional dependencies with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Legal.
• Lead integrated cluster plans; manage risks, decisions, and readiness metrics.
• Maintain Bayer readiness by following industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation.
