Job summary

Bayer is recruiting for a Supply Chain Operations lead in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery. You will drive NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, and customer programs while collaborating with IT, QA, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pharma operations, strong SAP/ERP knowledge, and experience with serialized supply models.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience in pharma or healthcare operations.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive or 3PL‑based supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API, serialization/traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to translate regulatory, data and system requirements into practical readiness actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Serve as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues with Accenture.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches and new business models.
• Act as SME for contracts, controls and audits; ensure regulatory readiness.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing to improve engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and manage risks, decisions and readiness reporting.
