Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead in the US market to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolios, ensuring reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, pricing, and government programs, while partnering with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to align requirements and controls.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL-supported, or contract-controlled supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
