Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business/supply models, serve as SME for contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain to develop tailored customer solutions.
