Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash across the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate data, systems, pricing, and government programs, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and readiness for NDC-12. Applicants should have a Master’s or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years in pharma operations, with SAP/ERP expertise and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/customer operations and supply chains.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, EDI/API interfaces, serialization, inventory and partner operations.
• Regulatory environments and serialized, specialty supply models preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain to develop tailored solutions and strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness across master data, SAP, interfaces, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, milestones and readiness reporting to PMO and leadership.
• Stay aligned with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation and evolving external expectations.
