Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for hematology and specialty pharma in the US market, ensuring reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction. You will drive NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, traceability and government pricing streams.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a relevant field with 5+ years in pharma operations, SAP/ERP expertise, and a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Alternative: Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical environments with serialized, specialty or 3PL-enabled supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches, acting as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions for customers and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness activities across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk tracking, readiness metrics and escalation paths for PMO and leadership.
• Maintain Bayer readiness through industry discussions and evolving external expectations.
