Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader in the US to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure compliant processes, and support readiness for NDC-12 and government pricing programs.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 5+ years in pharma ops, strong SAP/ERP knowledge, and experience with serialization, master data, and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in pharma supply chain ops.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and serialized/specialty models.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces and inventory ops.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including billing and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, launches and new business models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and govt programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks and provide updates to PMO/leadership.
• Maintain Bayer readiness by following industry discussions and external expectations.
