Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead in the United States to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate resources, optimize processes, and ensure compliant, efficient service delivery across cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years in relevant field or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL-supported or contract-controlled supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP and customer/product master data.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory, data and system requirements into actionable readiness actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order-to-bill and bill-to-cash activities, including account setup, service, order processing, billing, and cash collection.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches, acting as SME for contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing, contracting, government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, dependencies, readiness metrics and escalation paths.
• Stay aligned with industry discussions on NDC-12 and Bayer’s readiness approach.
