Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate resources, optimize processes and ensure compliant, reliable service delivery while driving readiness for NDC-12 across data, systems and programs.

Required are 5+ years in pharma operations and a Master’s degree in a related field, with strong SAP/ERP and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Masters in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems or related field with 5+ years in a similar role.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and regulated environments.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, and serialization or traceability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including customer service, billing, and cash collection support.
• Coordinate cross-functional logistics and supply chain operations with account managers, sales and finance.
• Lead readiness activities for NDC-12 across master data, SAP, pricing and government programs.
• Ensure compliance, contracts and operational controls; manage project risks and escalation paths.
• Collaborate with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners to align requirements.
