Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate data, systems, traceability and government pricing programs while ensuring compliant service delivery.

The role requires experience in regulated pharma environments, strong SAP knowledge, and the ability to align IT and business teams on complex supplier and customer programs.

Qualifications

• Currently deployed in a multi-disciplinary customer solutions role in the Bayer Pharma Division.
• Masters degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience with regulated pharma environments and serialized/specialty supply models is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing, contracting and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners; maintain project risks and readiness metrics.
