Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support; oversee third-party operations and act as escalation point.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to tailor solutions for customers; strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing teams.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness across master data, SAP, system interfaces, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Legal and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths; provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 readiness and external expectations.
