Job summary

Bayer seeks an operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive compliant process improvements, and ensure reliable service delivery while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

You will manage master data, SAP interfaces, serialization readiness, and government pricing programs, aligning IT, supply chain, regulatory, and commercial functions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree requirement with 5+ years of experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations and regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, and serialization.
• Ability to bridge business requirements to technical design across IT and business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches for new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain to tailor solutions and strengthen cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness and master data/systems interfaces across SAP and pricing.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk, readiness metrics, and escalation paths.
