Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, process orders, and support customers to ensure their needs are met.

In this role, you will negotiate pricing within parameters, build customer relationships, and work with our team to maintain inventory, expedite backorders, and process returns as needed. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3–5 years related experience.
• Reliable, organized, and detail oriented with strong communication.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Strong computer skills and basic product knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and handle order entry.
• Place customer orders via phone, fax, email, or in person and expedite as needed.
• Negotiate price within parameters to support gross profit and customer needs.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and select cost-effective shipping methods.
• Assist less experienced reps and support returns, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
