Qualifications

• 3+ years of call center experience in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple technology systems.
• Clear, effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from branch associates with questions about a new system implementation.
• Educate callers on new systems and technology being rolled out across the firm.
• Provide accurate information and reliable solutions while meeting call quality and efficiency expectations.
• Partner with team members to support call volume.
• Participate in monthly department meetings and periodic training.
