Job summary

CCA Global Partners is seeking a Customer Service/Expeditor Support Rep in its St. Louis office. The role supports small business members, coordinates job assignments for insurance programs, and helps ensure timely updates.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with in-office training and flexible remote options. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service or business roles, is comfortable with phone coaching, and can learn new software quickly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent; associates preferred.
• 1–2 years’ business-related experience or customer service experience; insurance industry preferred.
• Comfort with coaching sessions over the phone.
• Ability to learn new complex software programs.
• Basic math, PC and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with members to ensure timely submission of all required job data per program requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors, stores, and insurance partners to resolve issues with estimates, timelines, zones, classifications, and payments.
