Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) at our St. Louis location. You will provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers, in person or by phone, assisting with reservations, returns, and general inquiries.

The role includes a 47-hour work week with overtime, a robust benefits package, and opportunities to grow within a leading mobility solutions company. Join a privately held organization with a strong local presence.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year prior customer service, retail or administrative support experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and provide information and resolution for customers and other stakeholders.
• Manage outgoing calls for callback management, accounts receivable and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Provide high level customer service in person and over the phone; meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance; assess rental condition on return.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions; may sell protection products and upgrades.
• Notify management of any vehicle problems or maintenance needs; ensure vehicle cleanliness.
• Perform basic accounting tasks and billing support; maintain logs and reports.
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned.
