Job summary

Carr Lane Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in St. Louis, MO. You will manage orders via phone, email, and ticketing, provide product information, and collaborate with the sales team to support distributors and customers.

The role includes standard Monday–Friday hours, on-site and hybrid work options after training, and opportunities to contribute to a global customer service effort. A strong emphasis on communication and problem solving is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative or related experience
• Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Accurately review and process customer's orders received via telephone, email, our ticketing system, and online chat.
• Expedite orders as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing information on products, ship dates, etc.
• Provide price and availability information for standard parts.
• Process formal quotes for special products.
• Partner with the sales team on customer and distribution communication.
• Respond to customer concerns, escalating to others as needed.
