Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for assigned accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and product teams to grow account adoption and revenue.
• Coordinate quotation efforts and ensure timely, compliant issue resolution.
• Maintain current opportunity data in Salesforce and assist with onboarding new customers.
