Job summary

CCA Global Partners, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service/Expeditor Support Rep in the St. Louis area. You will assist small business members, coordinate with contractors and insurance partners, and ensure timely data submission and smooth assignment processes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem resolution, and the ability to learn new software. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with remote Mondays and Fridays after initial in-office training of ~90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s in Business Administration preferred.
• 1-2 years’ business-related or customer service experience; Insurance industry preferred.
• Comfort with coaching sessions over the phone with contractors.
• Ability to learn new complex software programs quickly.
• Basic math, PC and Microsoft Office skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with members to ensure timely submission of all required data per program rules.
• Collaborate with contractors, stores, and insurance partners to resolve estimate submittal issues and timelines.
• Provide frontline phone support to members and insurance partners for issues described above.
• Review contractor/store performance statistics to ensure compliance with program standards and coach as needed.
• Support program timeline requirements, guidelines, and best practices with teams.
• Coordinate with carrier partners for approvals, assignments, and payments and assist with documentation.
