Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years related experience.
• Strong reliability, organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to multi-task.
• Proficient computer skills and negotiation abilities.
• Strong product knowledge and customer service focus.

Responsabilités

• Respond to complex customer inquiries and provide quotes.
• Place customer orders by phone, fax, email or in person.
• Negotiate sale/purchase prices within parameters to protect gross profit.
