Job summary

Cardinal Health in Central City, Kentucky, is seeking a Senior Representative, Customer Service Operations to deliver outstanding support to customers, manage accounts, and assist field sales with order fulfillment and problem resolution.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations teams to optimize service levels, track backorders, and resolve post-sales issues while maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask between phone and email support.
• Experience within healthcare customer service a plus.
• Mon-Fri CST schedule between 8:00am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer account activity including order fulfillment and backorders.
• Resolve customer complaints and incidents, tracking cases.
• Coordinate invoicing, reimbursement inquiries and pricing questions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Gather customer feedback and report trends for improvement.
• Support post-sales issue resolutions and process improvements.
