Cardinal Health in the Nashville, TN area is seeking a Senior Representative, Customer Service Operations to deliver outstanding support for Trade accounts and assist field sales. You will manage contracts, ensure timely order fulfillment, and provide exemplary customer service.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal partners, handling inquiries, managing backorders and issues, and supporting post-sales activities in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) for daily tasks and communications.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service and supports improvements in operational execution to meet or exceed service levels.
• Manages customer account activity including order fulfillment, backorders/substitutes, change requests and inquiries.
• Acts as liaison for invoicing, reimbursement and other post-sale services; conducts problem solving and dispute resolution.
• Collects and reviews customer feedback, complaints, recalls and returns with Quality and Regulatory teams.
• Identify customer trends and opportunities to improve service, efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborates with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Commercial teams to enhance customer service.
• Hybrid/Flex work model; on-site attendance required for training, client engagements and team activities.
