Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Handle high call volume with accuracy and efficiency.
• Process customer orders and emails, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Make outbound calls for delays, short-ships, and weather-related issues.
• Follow up on incoming work items and email queues.
• Submit IT tickets for issue resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
• Provide updates on order status and delivery timelines.
• Assist with training new hires and shadowing as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies or product issues.
