Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Representative, Customer Service Operations to deliver outstanding service and manage accounts while supporting sales activities. You will ensure proper contract administration, timely order fulfillment, and strong customer support including handling backorders and inquiries.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to improve service levels and customer experience, and participate in post-sales issue resolutions and problem

Qualifications

3-6 years of customer service experience.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
Ability to multi-task between phone and e-mail support.

Responsibilities

Provides outstanding customer service and supports improvements in operational execution.
Manages customer account activity including order fulfillment, backorders, substitutes and pricing questions.
Collects and reviews customer feedback, complaints, recalls and product returns.
Identifies trends and opportunities to improve service and customer opportunities.
Supports post-sales issue resolutions and coordinates internal resources to resolve needs.
