Job summary

Cardinal Health in Louisville, KY seeks a Senior Representative, Customer Service Operations to deliver outstanding service, manage accounts and support field sales. You will handle orders, backorders, inquiries and post-sales issues while collaborating with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to optimize performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

3–6 years of customer service experience, preferred.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
Ability to multi-task between phone calls and e-mail support.
Experience within healthcare customer service a plus.
Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule 8:00am–4:30pm CST.

Responsibilities

Provides outstanding customer service and supports improvements in operational execution to meet service levels.
Manages customer account activity including order fulfillment, backorders, product changes, and inquiries.
Provides outsourced services to customers relating to invoicing, reimbursement, and dispute resolution.
Collects and reviews customer feedback, complaints, recalls and returns.
Identifies trends and opportunities to develop alternatives for business and efficiency.
