Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Representative, Customer Service Operations to provide outstanding service, manage accounts, and support field sales. You will handle contract administration, order fulfillment, and issue resolution while collaborating with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations teams.

You will track demand and backorders, investigate discrepancies, and communicate with customers to address needs.

Qualifikationen

• 3-6 years of customer service experience, preferred.
• Ability to multitask between phone calls and e-mail support.
• Experience within healthcare customer service a plus.
• Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule between 8:00am-4:30pm CST.

Aufgaben

• Provide outstanding customer service and manage accounts while supporting sales to field representatives.
• Track demand and backorders, and report on incidents and resolutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to meet customer needs.
• Communicate with customers regarding questions, needs and concerns; manage cases on reporting, backorders and pricing.
