Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Representative, Customer Service Operations to deliver outstanding customer service and manage accounts while supporting field sales. The role involves contract administration, on-time order fulfillment and post-sales issue resolution, with collaboration across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations teams.

You will track demand, backorders, and implement initiatives to improve service levels and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years customer service experience, HS Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to multi-task between phone calls and email support

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding customer service and supports improvements in operational execution to ensure service levels are achieved and exceeded.
• Manages customer account activity including order fulfillment, backorders/substitutes, product change requests, and coordinating customer questions/issues.
• Provides outsourced services to customers regarding invoicing, reimbursement, and other services by liaising in problem-solving and dispute resolution.
• Collects and reviews customer feedback, complaints, recalls and product returns.
• Identifies customer trends and challenges to develop alternatives for better service and business opportunities.
• Supports process improvement initiatives for inventory optimization, supplier performance, cost control and profitability.
• Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders to improve customer service and collaboration.
• Communicates with customers regarding needs, questions, and concerns.
• Manages cases regarding reporting, backorders, complaints, and pricing and product incident reports.
• Supports general sales by analyzing account histories and coordinating internal resources.
• Investigates anomalies in POS systems, website ordering, and general customer issues.
