Qualifications

• Strong ability to handle calls and e‑mail support.
• Healthcare customer service experience a plus.
• Mon-Fri schedule between 8:00am-4:30pm CST.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and manage accounts with sales support.
• Handle contract administration, orders, backorders and inquiries.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to meet customer needs.
• Analyze accounts and assist in problem resolution.
• Support post-sales issue resolutions and pricing inquiries.
