Motion Industries in Earth City, MO seeks a Senior Customer Service Representative to respond to complex inquiries, provide quotes, and process orders by phone, email, or walk-in. You will influence gross profit through pricing negotiations within policy and build relationships to secure repeat business.

You will also mentor less experienced representatives, ensure correct product knowledge, and coordinate with inventory to meet customer expectations and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and five (5) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, and listening skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Responds to complex customer inquiries regarding products, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
• Places customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk-in.
• Negotiates sale and purchase price within parameters to influence gross profit.
• Builds relationships to drive repeat business and guides junior staff.
• Ensures inventory availability and expedites backorders as needed.
