Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to accurately determine and meet customer expectations. Under general supervision, you will respond to inquiries, provide quotes, process orders, and support other representatives.

You will negotiate pricing within approved parameters, manage inventory, place orders up to limits, and help build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business. Strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3–5 years related experience.
• Must demonstrate reliability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate prices.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
• Places customer orders via phone, fax, email, or in person.
• Negotiates pricing within approved parameters to drive profit.
• Maintains inventory levels and expedites backorders.
• Builds relationships to drive repeat business and resolves issues.
• Supports other CSRs and handles returns as needed.
