Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
• Places customer orders via phone, fax, email, or in person.
• Influences gross profit by negotiating sales and purchase prices within limits.
• Ensures inventory availability and expedites backorders when needed.
• Selects cost-effective shipping methods and handles returns as applicable.
• Supports other Customer Service Representatives and assists customers to resolve issues.
