Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to support product inquiries, quotes, and order entry in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with customers to determine needs, place orders, and help drive satisfaction while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in every interaction.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork to maintain high service levels and support continuous process improvements within the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3–5 years in customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Proficient with computers and order-entry systems.
• Basic product knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries regarding products, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
• Places customer orders via telephone, fax, email, or walk-in (counter sales).
• Negotiates sale prices within parameters to maximize gross profit.
• Maintains inventory levels and expedites backorders.
• Supports less experienced Customer Service Representatives.
