Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to ensure accurate customer expectations and fulfillment. The role involves responding to product inquiries, generating quotes, and processing orders by phone, fax, email, or in person.

The candidate will build relationships to drive repeat business, source products, and select cost-effective shipping options, while supporting other representatives as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, quotes, and order entry.
• Place customer orders via phone, fax, email, or walk-in.
• Negotiate pricing within set parameters to influence gross profit.
• Source products from stock or suppliers to meet demand.
• Determine cost-effective shipping methods for orders.
• Support / assist other customer service reps as needed.
• Handle returns and support assigned customers.
