Motion Industries is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to determine and meet customer expectations. You will respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and handle order entry across phone, fax, email, and walk-in channels.

Responsibilities include negotiating prices within approved parameters, maintaining inventory levels, and expediting backorders. You may mentor less experienced staff and support specific customers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support other reps and help drive process improvements to boost customer satisfaction.
