Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide superior service, process orders, and monitor delivery status. You will resolve billing issues, coordinate with sales, design, and production teams, and ensure accurate invoicing while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires a high school diploma, 5 years in customer service with order entry experience, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to high school diploma required.
• Five (5) years’ previous work experience in a customer service role with experience handling customer orders on an order entry system, and maintaining/building strong positive customer business relationships.
• Strong working knowledge of computer systems including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and track assigned orders through scheduling; ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing.
• Communicate with Sales Representatives and internal departments about account activity.
• Coordinate requests for product specifications, availability, shipping, estimates, and samples.
• Bridge customer needs with design, sales, and production teams to meet requirements and schedules.
• Maintain organized customer files and resolve complaints or billing issues with escalation when needed.
