Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to deliver superior service, manage orders from entry to delivery, and resolve billing issues. You will partner with design, sales, and production teams to meet customer requirements and ensure accurate invoicing.

Strong communication, multitasking, and MS Office skills are essential. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; a high school diploma is required and a strong customer focus is essential

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of customer service experience handling orders and building relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and track orders through scheduling; ensure on-time delivery and invoicing.
• Communicate important account activity to Sales and other departments.
• Coordinate product specs, availability, shipping, quotations, and samples.
• Link between customer, design, sales and production to meet requirements.
