The role requires a bachelor’s degree and seven years in customer service with leadership experience, plus strong MS Office skills and order-entry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• Seven years in a customer service role with people management.
• Experience handling orders, pricing, and building client relationships.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate plant customer services to exceed customer needs.
• Support and mentor Customer Service Representatives for accurate orders and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with scheduling, production, and shipping to ensure first-order success.
• Handle customer inquiries, samples, pricing, and new requests with cross-functional teams.
• Improve standards and resolve issues including billing and credits.
