Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and track orders through scheduling.
• Consult with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate invoicing.
• Communicate account activity to Sales and other teams.
• Coordinate product specs, availability, quotes and samples.
• Serve as a link between customer and design, sales, production teams.
• Maintain organized customer files.
• Investigate and resolve billing issues and escalate as needed.
• Manage on-hand inventory levels and month-end reconciliation.
