Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and basic Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for distribution centers and internal customers accurately.
• Respond to customer questions and communicate delays or resolutions.
• Make outbound calls for shipping delays and weather disruptions.
• Document interactions in the CRM system and follow up on items.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics to optimize order fulfillment.
• Provide updates on order status to customers.
