Job summary

Collectors Universe Inc. seeks a Customer Relations Specialist II to join PSA’s Customer Relations team in Boca Raton, FL. The role supports customer resolutions, claims investigation, and order handling, reporting to the Customer Relations Supervisor.

On-site, Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer relations, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace and Salesforce is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant customer relations experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills with an empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer resolutions and claims processing.
• De-escalate customer-related situations and provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to resolve inquiries.
• Maintain accounts by processing customer adjustments and updates.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the lead/supervisor.
