Cardinal Health is seeking a Representative II, Customer Service Operations to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers by phone. This role serves nationwide across time zones and handles roughly 50 to 60 inbound calls daily, assisting with orders and inquiries.

Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, resolving issues, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Prior order or reorder entry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to all customer inquiries (order status, discrepancies, pricing/product inquiries, complaints, returns)
• Processes customer purchase orders
• Maintains operations by following policies & procedures
• Keeps information confidential to protect operations
• Contributes to team effort by achieving related results as needed
• Adheres to departmental service levels and KPIs
