Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience, preferably in healthcare/pharma.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls and multitask efficiently.
• Process orders and emails with accuracy in CRM systems.
• Communicate delays, issues and resolutions to customers.
• Follow up on incoming work items and email queues.
• Submit basic tickets for damages, credits, returns, etc.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
