Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross- business Brand owner relationships in personal care. You will develop annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and expand opportunities while coordinating with TS&D and Marketing to build a robust pipeline.

You will manage multiple stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and may engage in global negotiations or projects. Travel and location options include several U.S. sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalent at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank
• At least 7 years of relevant experience
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided

Responsabilidades

• Manage account portfolio—prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the plan.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other function stakeholders to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth, including cross-business opportunities.
• Understand short vs long-term trade-offs and articulate win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
