Job summary

Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to lead regional accounts and drive growth across key brands. You will manage multi-site relationships, develop annual sales plans, and work with TS&D and Marketing to build a strong pipeline of technical and commercial opportunities.

The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, negotiating pricing, and mentoring junior staff. Location options include multiple U.S. sites or remote East Coast presence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or military degree equivalence.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Manage account portfolio and implement plans.
Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
