Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Manager within Dow Consumer Solutions to lead regional and cross-business relationships for a key global personal care brand.

The role supports multiple locations in the United States and remote East Coast coverage. You will develop and deliver annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, build a strong pipeline with technical and commercial opportunities, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive cross-functional collaboration with TS&D and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at or above a US E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilités

• Manage account portfolio – prepare and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plan, delivering value and volume.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX results.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth, including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
