Dow Consumer Solutions is seeking a Senior Customer Manager to oversee regional and cross-business brand owner relationships in personal care. You’ll also handle direct accounts, craft annual sales plans, and collaborate with TS&D and Marketing to build a pipeline of opportunities.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams, negotiating, and delivering growth while managing stakeholders; travel may be required as business needs evolve.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or military degree equivalence at US E5 or Canadian rank.
• 7+ years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilidades

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans delivering value and volume.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales/marketing strategy.
• Lead negotiations and price changes with customers.
• Collaborate with other functions to improve CX.
• Use CRM, DSR, CMT, and Smart Pricing at expert level.
• Deliver growth including cross-business opportunities.
• Articulate short- vs long-term trade-offs for win solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior employees.
