Dow Consumer Solutions seeks a Senior Customer Manager to drive regional accounts and manage cross-business relationships for a global brand owner in the personal care space. You will build annual sales plans, leverage Dow’s portfolio, and partner with TS&D and Marketing to create a robust pipeline of opportunities.

You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, lead negotiations, mentor juniors, and deliver CX improvements while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent (U.S. E5/Canadian PO2/Sgt) required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsabilités

• Manage account portfolio and implement account plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships across regions.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans to deliver value and volume.
• Gather market intelligence to shape sales/marketing strategy.
